Community Outreach

Our mission extends beyond the clinic walls. Through community outreach, we work to identify patients in need and connect them with timely care.

We partner with local physicians, clinics, and community organizations to provide:

• Vision screenings and eye exams
• Referrals for medical and surgical treatment
• Education on eye health and disease prevention
